Customers
Keep client information at the centre of every campaign.

What a customer represents
A customer is the client context behind the agency's work. It should answer the question: who is this campaign for? Keeping this information at the customer level prevents teams from duplicating client information across campaigns and advertisements.

When creating a customer
- Use a clear, recognisable customer name.
- Keep the record aligned with the actual client relationship.
- Check for an existing customer before creating duplicates.
- Use the customer as the starting point for campaign work.
What happens next?
Once the customer exists, create a campaign under that customer. The campaign then becomes the working container for advertisements, planning and commercial activity.
