See how TAVRÉ OS works

One operation. Two ways to start.

Start with a campaign or create an advertisement directly. TAVRÉ OS brings both paths into the same connected workflow for planning, commercial control, execution, verification and financial closure.

The system architecture

Two entry paths. One operational system.

Campaigns organize related client work, but they are not a mandatory starting point. A standalone advertisement can enter directly, then follow the same planning, execution and financial workflow.

01

Choose an entry path

Campaign or Advertisement

Start by organizing work under a campaign, or create an advertisement directly when a campaign container is not needed. Both are valid ways to begin.

02

Define the work

The advertisement captures the specific advertising requirement. It can be linked to a campaign or exist independently, depending on how the work began.

Advertising requirementShared downstream path
03

Plan the media

Media Plan

Turn the requirement into planned media activity with channels, vendors, quantities, dates, rates and placement-specific details.

04

Structure placements

Placement

Create the actual planned media buys. Print can be managed by insertion, while non-print placements follow their channel-specific schedule without print insertions.

Print insertionsNon-print placements
05

Control commercials

Estimate & Release Order

Calculate the commercial value, then release approved work through the relevant media-vendor workflow. For an advertisement, Release Orders are grouped so there is one Release Order per media vendor.

Rates & taxesOne RO per media vendor
06

Record delivery

Execution

Capture what actually ran, including actual dates, quantities, rates and supporting proof, against the planned activity.

Actual deliveryExecution proof
07

Verify the result

Verification

Review recorded execution and confirm the delivered activity before it is treated as verified for downstream processing.

Proof reviewVerified status
08

Close the loop

Invoices & Reporting

Do not move to invoicing until all required publication activity is verified. Verified billable activity then feeds the relevant media-vendor and customer invoicing workflows, with reporting connected to the same records.

Start where the work starts

A campaign is optional. The workflow is not.

Not every advertising request belongs to a wider campaign. TAVRÉ OS supports both ways of working without forcing standalone work into an unnecessary parent record.

01

Campaign-led

For coordinated client activity

Use a campaign when several advertising requirements belong to one client initiative, period or objective.

Customer→ Campaign→ Advertisement

Best when work needs a shared campaign context and coordinated oversight.

02

Advertisement-led

For a specific, standalone request

Create an advertisement directly when the request can be managed on its own. Continue into media planning and the applicable commercial and delivery workflow without creating a campaign first.

Advertisement→ Media Plan→ Placement

Best when the request does not need a separate campaign container.

↘

Both paths converge after the advertisement.

The downstream media planning, placement, execution, verification and relevant financial processes remain part of the same product workflow.

Media planning

One planning model. Different channel needs.

Media plans turn an advertising requirement into planned placements, with the details needed for the selected media type rather than forcing every channel into a print-shaped process.

Print

Insertion-level planning

Plan publication, edition, date, quantity and rate. Where a print placement has multiple insertions, each insertion can be tracked through its own execution and verification record.

Scheduled insertion dates

Insertion-specific execution

Non-print

Placement-level planning

Plan channel-specific activity such as outdoor, television, radio, digital or social without creating newspaper-style insertions.

Commercial control

Move from planned activity to approved work.

The commercial layer connects planned media to pricing and vendor instructions, while keeping the estimate and Release Order roles distinct.

01

Estimate

Establish the commercial calculation for the advertising work, including the applicable rates, discounts, commission and tax treatment.

02

Release Order

Translate approved work into the relevant media-vendor release instruction, with one Release Order per media vendor for the advertisement.

03

Commercial traceability

Keep planned work and commercial records linked so teams can follow what was calculated, approved and released downstream.

Delivery control

Planned is not the same as delivered.

Execution records capture what actually happened. Verification then confirms the record before eligible activity proceeds to financial closure.

01

Planned

The original placement, insertion or scheduled activity.

02

Recorded

Actual date, quantity, rate, proof and relevant notes are captured.

03

Verified

An authorized reviewer confirms the recorded delivery.

04

Ready downstream

All required publication activity is verified, so the relevant invoicing workflow can proceed.

Financial closure

Close the right side of the transaction.

Vendor-side and customer-side financial records serve different purposes. Invoicing is downstream of verification: all required publication activity must be verified before the financial workflow can close.

Payables

Vendor invoice

Track the amount payable to the media vendor for the relevant released and delivered activity after the required publication activity has passed verification.

Receivables

Customer invoice

Build the customer-facing invoice from the relevant verified advertising activity and applicable commercial charges once the required publication activity is verified.

Reporting follows the records.

The goal is to make planned activity, recorded delivery, verification and financial outcomes easier to reconcile from connected operational data—not to repeat a generic dashboard feature list.
